What is the minimum stay at your B&B Chateau ?
The minimum stay at our B&B Chateau is two nights.
How do I get to your B&B Château from Bayeux?
When you have your own transportation, I'll send you directions to the Château. Arriving by train at Bayeux: Take a taxi to our B&B Chateau, or even better get a rental car at the BP gasstation next to the Bayeux trainstation. If you like I'll make the reservation for the rental.
Do you offer transportation from and to Bayeux ?
We do not offer transportation from and to Bayeux
I have my own (rental) car, do you have other directions besides from Bayeux?
Yes, I can send you (by e-mail) directions from Paris, Calais, Mont St. Michel, Belgium (Brugge), Netherlands (Utrecht or from Maastricht)
What is the check in time?
Check in between 5pm and 7pm. (17.00 - 19.00) NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7PM
Do you offer meals at your Château?
Pia's great breakfast is included, we do not serve dinner. There are many nice restaurants in Bayeux. Many of them do not open before 7 pm! We may recommend and make the reservation for the restaurant of your choice.
When we arrive early in Bayeux what do you suggest to visit before going to the Chateau?
You could visit the famous Bayeux Tapestry, the Cathedral, the "Battle for Normandy" museum etc..,
How many rooms in your B&B Château?
We have four guestrooms. Four double rooms or two double rooms and two triple rooms.
We have no family room for four or more guests.
When staying at your B&B Château do I need to go to Bayeux for the D-DAY tour?
No, the tour will start from the Château then.
What do you offer in your package deals?
Together with your requests for a stay at our B&B Château and tour(s) we will make you an offer. We just need to know your ideas and wishes.
Do you require a deposit for a stay and/or package deal?
When the total amount exceeds EUR 150 we ask a deposit at a maximum of 50% of the total.
Creditcard VISA or Mastercard only) or IBAN payments are possible. The balance will be charged approx. three weeks before the confirmed stay / tour dates.

How by train do I get from Paris to BAYEUX ?
Trains to Bayeux leave from PARIS ST LAZARE station, direction Cherbourg, with sometimes a switch of trains at CAEN. Traininfo at: www.voyages-sncf.com First train leaves from Paris at 7.07am, arr. time Bayeux at 9:30am, just in time for the tour. It takes a 10 minutes walk from the Bayeux trainstation to the meetingpoint.
Can I get a RENTAL car at Bayeux?
Yes, there is a HERTZ in Bayeux and next to the Bayeux trainstation at the BP gasstation they rent cars also.Info at www.renault-rent.com/en
What is your cancellation policy?
With your reservation / confirmation you pay 50% deposit, unless reservation / confirmation is three weeks or less before confirmed stay / tourdate(s); payment now 100%.
Refund deposit 100% up till six weeks before confirmed stay / tour date(s).
Refund deposit 50% six to three weeks before confirmed stay / tour date(s).
THREE WEEKS OR LESS BEFORE STAY / TOUR DATE(S) NO REFUND.
No show: 100% payment.
Be sure to have the right travel insurance in case of cancellation !!
